PRODUCERS / AUDIO ENGINEERS
Audio Production Department is responsible for successfully mastering the musical works of our home artist or client artist who book sessions. This May Include The Following:
- Discover New Highly Motivated Recording Artist
- Train and Develop Current Recording Artist
- Heavily Critic Music
- Expedite / Organize Studio Sessions
- Complete Periodic Artist Growth Assessments
- Working Long Studio Sessions
- Beat Production
- Audio Engineering
- Handling Master Files During Project Development
- Mixing & Mastering
- General Studio-Audio Work
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER +
- MUST BE FLUENT IN FL STUDIO, MPC, ETC.. OR HAVE COMPLETED 24 HOURS OF POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION AT AN ACCREDITED PERFORMING ARTS COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY +
- MUST BE ORGANIZED AND PUNCTUAL
- ABLE TO DEVELOP NEW MARKETING TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE REVENUE +
- ABLE TO IDENTIFY MARKET TRENDS +
- ABLE TO ACHIEVE GOALS SET BY VICE PRESIDENT OF RESPECTED BRANCH +
- ABLE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF THE REGIONAL COORDINATOR / BRANCH VICE PRESIDENT TO ASSURE GOALS ARE MET +
- STRONG TEAM PLAYER +
- ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS EFFECTIVELY
COMPENSATION:
9.9% COMMISSION ON COMPLETED JOBS

Salary Pay Up To: $35,500 After 36 MO. of Employment
