ATHLETIC TRAINERS
Human Resource Department is responsible for finding new hires that fit the needs of our company, also keeping the label up to date on the newest demands in entertainment. This May Include The Following:
- Discover New Highly Motivated Candidates To Fill Open Positions
- Train and Develop Current Employees
- Investigate / Handle Customer Care Complaints
- Expedite / Organize the Hiring Process
- Process Payroll
- Complete Periodic Employee assessments
- Schedule Ground & Air Transportation
- General Office Work
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree preferred.
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER +
- MUST HAVE COMPLETED 36 HOURS OF POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION AT AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY +
- MUST BE ORGANIZED AND PUNCTUAL
- ABLE TO DEVELOP NEW MARKETING TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE REVENUE +
- ABLE TO IDENTIFY MARKET TRENDS +
- ABLE TO ACHIEVE GOALS SET BY VICE PRESIDENT OF RESPECTED BRANCH +
- ABLE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF THE REGIONAL COORDINATOR / BRANCH VICE PRESIDENT TO ASSURE GOALS ARE MET +
- STRONG TEAM PLAYER +
- ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS EFFECTIVELY
COMPENSATION:
10% COMMISSION ON COMPLETED JOBS

Salary Pay Up To: $40,500 After 36 MO. of Employment
